INCLUSIONS:
We are conveniently located on our own urban farm in Adelaide hills, a short 20mins drive from CBD. Practicals are run by business owners and experienced master roasters/baristas, Adrianne and David. This masterclass although full of information, is taught in a relaxed and enjoyable manner, as we believe in fun and laughs when enjoying coffee! We will teach you crop to cup from our many years in the world of coffee so that you can confidently walk away and roast your own coffee.
Adrianne is also a business and educational mentor, international best-selling author and both are multiple business owners. Adrianne gives this masterclass depth by offering industry knowledge in running a coffee business. David's experience as qualified pastry chef and master roaster, takes roasting to the next level with his immense knowledge of maillard reactions and the roasting process.

- How to extract the PERFECT 'Espresso' and 'Doppio'.
- Extracting coffee on commercial espresso machine, learning to change the grind between 3 different orgins.
- Introduction to texturing milk, types of milks and CORE cafe menu: espresso, doppio, latte, cappuccino, flat white, long black, macchiato, hot chocolate, mocha, tea.
